Privacy policy

Last updated: 7 November 2026

This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this site. It applies to visitors from every country, including the EU, the UK and California.

Who is responsible

Art Uni LLC. Art Uni LLC is a US company. Contact: artuni@artuni.co.

What we collect

Our forms don't send anything on their own. When you press send, your email app opens with the message written out, and you choose whether to send it. We receive only what you email us:

  • Your name, company, work email and country.
  • Phone or WhatsApp number, if you give one.
  • Your inquiry: products, cartons, shipping terms, destination, dates and messages.
  • For distributor applications: your website, territory, sales channels and brands you carry.
  • For custom briefs: a link to your artwork, or the file if you upload one.

Your inquiry list

The products and cartons you add to your inquiry list are saved in your own browser (local storage) so the list survives a page refresh. We don't see it until you send an inquiry. Sending an inquiry clears it. You can clear it at any time by removing the items or clearing your browser data.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, send quotes and samples, and manage orders and distributor agreements. We use it because you asked us to, and to carry out our contract with you.

Who processes it

Your email arrives in our Zoho Mail inbox. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs such as IP addresses for security. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for 3 years after our last contact, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to your local data protection regulator.

To ask about your data, email artuni@artuni.co.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics.

California

We don't sell or share personal information as those words are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents can use the rights above by emailing artuni@artuni.co.
